Floral decorations may differ based on seasonal availabilities, and may include dried or fresh flowers. If adding writing on the cake, the design will differ to accomodate for space.
Our chiffons are baked in a traditional tube tin, cooled upside down for the fluffiest cake possible. They are kept whole (not sliced into layers) with the centre filled and coated in a light whipped cream or ganache.
Best eaten on the day, but can be kept refrigerated overnight. Serve cold, or take your chiffon out of the fridge 15-30 minutes ahead to enjoy closer to room temperature. Don’t leave them out too long - whipped creams and ganaches will melt in the heat!
