Get in touch via our enquiry form to give us all the details we need to get started on your consultation! All of our communication is done via email so make sure to keep an eye out for a response (and don’t forget to check your junk mail)!
Once a formal quote has been made, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining payment is due one week prior to your event. With bookings made with less than two weeks' time or less than $200 in value, full upfront payment is required.
Please keep in mind we cannot hold dates for you unless a deposit has been made.

Cakes are booked on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We currently accept bookings up to one year ahead for large events such as weddings.
For smaller cakes, we recommend beginning your enquiry at least one month ahead to allow for ample consultation.
We can occasionally accomodate cakes on short notice (within two weeks ahead), but this is strictly subject to availability and requires full upfront payment.

Because all of our cakes are bespoke, they are uniquely priced based on your individual needs. Our prices are dependant on the design complexity, time, and labour of love involved in each cake.
If you’re after a quote, just fill in our enquiry form to give us all the details we need to get started. If you have a particular budget in mind, let us know and we can work off that as well! Your quoted price is not set in stone unless you’ve received a formal invoice.
As a general guide, our smallest custom cakes start from $260. Our consultation process will include suggestions on cake sizes based on portions.

Our chiffons can be made gluten free.
Custom cakes contain gluten, eggs and dairy.
All our cakes are made in an environment where gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, sesame seeds and soy are present, and so may contain traces of these allergens.

Delivery can be arranged subject to availability and starts from $50, based on distance from the Floraison Cakery studio. We highly recommend organising delivery for any cakes 2-tiers and larger.

Yes! Pickup is available from Monterey 2217 within an agreed upon timeframe. The collection address is provided close to your order date.
We highly recommend organising delivery for any cakes 2-tiers and above.
All cakes are fully boxed with care and instructions are provided for smooth transportation. Unless delivery has been organised with us directly, we cannot take responsibility for any damage to the cake after it has left our premises.

Booking deposits (50%) are non-refundable. This may be transferred to a new booking date given at least two week’s notice prior to the original date.
Any cancellations or failure to give at least two week’s notice for date changes will forfeit your booking deposit and a new deposit will be required for a new booking date.
